The Northshore Healthcare Alliance (NHA) is an employer-driven initiative dedicated to strengthening the healthcare industry in St. Tammany, Tangipahoa and Washington Parishes. Our goal is to address critical workforce shortage issues by developing systems for the recruitment, retention and training of skilled healthcare workers. Through action-oriented solutions, the NHA intends to create and implement a sustainable strategy for rebuilding and advancing this essential industry.

Southeastern initiates program in advanced diagnostic imaging

A new program designed to train technologists in advanced diagnostic imaging will start at Southeastern Louisiana University in the spring 2012 semester.The four-semester program will offer clinical tracks in either computerized tomography or magnetic resonance imaging.
